A new structure, processes, and culture for companies during their development.
processline’s approach is defined by a consistent methodology that manages a customised design of specific projects. At the same time, the progress of the project is transparent, and they make sure that each employee is included. This approach allowed us to deliver our project with a significant added value. Critical issues could be resolved swiftly, and at the same time, the basis for stable process orientation was established.

Strategic reorientation of the Technische Werke Ludwigshafen AG.
Our restructuring project entailed a significant change and was an enormous feat for our company. For this project, we wanted a management consulting firm that is familiar with the energy market but also knows the region. Someone technically competent, hands-on, and able to help us get the employees on board. In short, a partner that understands us, someone that is responsive and provides individual contact throughout this journey. We found this partner!
