Holger Lehmann
After completing a degree in business informatics, Holger Lehmann worked for various consulting firms and service providers in the banking sector, healthcare, IT and medical technology before joining processline in 2013 as a consultant. Holger Lehmann has completed numerous additional courses, including in strategic business planning (EBS), systemic organisational consulting for change agents, systemic transactional analysis for coaching, change, human resources and leadership, IT service management, as well as systemic Gestalt coaching skills, management and personal development. Drawing on almost 30 years of professional experience, Holger Lehmann is considered one of the industry veterans in the team ‘Best Consultants’ and leads the consulting team. His consulting services focus on management consulting, project and project portfolio management as well as the planning and implementing of change architectures.

What motivates me the most as a consultant.
I find it extremely interesting and exciting that I have the opportunity to empower the client. That way, I get to experience how our clients are continually evolving – on their own – in the course of the project. I am delighted, of course, if, at the end of the day, the client and the project team are satisfied with our collective effort.
The most exciting challenges in change management.
Every new project is shaped by the individuality and needs of the client, as well as the problems that have to be solved. This continually presents entirely new challenges to my fellow consultants and me. Moreover, I am intrigued by pattern recognition and how it changes, and currently working on that specifically.
When I need to get away from it all.
If I need a change of scenery, I like to get on my bike or tackle +5000-piece puzzles. Additionally, I am involved in voluntary work for an association.
