That motivates me the most as a consultant.
As a consultant, my passion is to support people and organizations in their endless development opportunities. For me it is fascinating to help them gain new views and perspectives. However, unpleasant or difficult topics are often avoided or ignored, even though there are great development opportunities in these topics. It is particularly exciting for me to go on a development journey together and to work on these topics.
The most exciting challenges in change management.
Change is an integral part of our life and growth. While change comes with some challenges, it also brings great opportunities. It motivates me to help shape these opportunities and to see change not only as a theoretical concept, but also to really experience it.
When I need to get away from it all.
I do sports to switch off and clear my head. In the warm season I ride my racing bike and in the cold season I jog and prepare for a half marathon.
