Sebastian Wiehe

Since 2022, Sebastian Wiehe has been supporting our processline consultants, who actively support our customers in their change projects, as consulting support and assisting them in the projects.

The trained wholesale and foreign trade merchant previously worked as an assistant to the management in wholesale. There he made a significant contribution to analyzing and improving processes in various departments. He was also significantly involved in the introduction and development of the special processes for handling with Amazon. His duties also included the organization and implementation of trade fairs.

That motivates me the most as a consultant.

The biggest motivating factor for me is that I have the opportunity to change organizations in the long term and thus bring a noticeable relief and security and thus a better quality of life to the people behind these organizations.

The most exciting challenges in change management.

One of the biggest challenges in change management is dealing with each organization and its needs individually. There is no one size fits all solution that works for all projects. Instead, you have to delve into the details of each individual company and consider all factors – from history to the individual employee.

When I need to get away from it all.

When I need to unwind, I pursue a variety of hobbies and interests. Starting with the production of fine silver jewelry and technical things such as 3D printing and analogue photography, you will rarely find me just sitting on the couch.
