The founder and CEO of processline is a native of Berlin and a qualified computer scientist, who developed a strong fascination for the world of organisations and entrepreneurship in the course of her professional life. She subsequently pursued further education in business administration, operational management, systemic consulting, to become a systemic coach and, of course, change management. In 2002, she implemented her large project by founding the organisational consulting firm processline in her chosen home, Speyer.

Jennifer Reckow unites all the factors that make a businesswoman successful: She is innately assertive and capable of reflecting objectively on herself and others. Moreover, she devotes her heart and soul to her role as a change consultant and communications expert, which has turned her profession into her calling. What motivates me the most as a consultant.

The job of a consultant is one of the most multi-faceted professions with many opportunities for further development and bringing in one’s personal skills and strengths. Throughout my career, I’ve seen more than 400 companies from the inside in my career and was able to look behind the scenes, and I always look forward to the next company.

The most exciting challenges in change management.

Professional change management requires cross-disciplinary thinking, as well as an understanding of all five aspects of a business, from strategy to organisation, technology, processes, and corporate culture. All these aspects need to be considered when determining the degree of maturity and choosing the appropriate measures and methods for producing tangible and effective change. This poses a major challenge for the respective change team.

When I need to get away from it all.

In recent years, I have increasingly focused on making time for my husband and my hobbies. Still, I find the most relaxing when I can immerse myself in a novel. To do that, I look for a quiet place and read.
