Florian Weiß

Florian Weiß studied industrial engineering and economics for several semesters and was employed at various chairs and in projects for several years, both as a permanent employee and as part of third-party funded projects. Among other things, he worked on the evaluation of the federal government’s labor market programs for the minimum wage evaluation and in the economic analysis of transport and infrastructure projects and in economic research. He also held various elective and honorary posts in the student council and in university self-government committees.

That motivates me the most as a consultant.

What motivates me most is working with different people to create a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts.

The most exciting challenges in change management.

For me, one of the most exciting challenges in change management is getting even those who are initially skeptical or hostile towards a necessary change to perceive the change as an opportunity and chance and ultimately become enthusiastic about it.

When I need to get away from it all.

To switch off, I take care of my self catering garden, my meadow orchard and my bee colonies or work on the house.
