Following more extensive training in IT service management (ITIL) and systemic transactional analysis for coaching, change, human resources and leadership, he joined processline in 2014, where he has focused on IT project management and change management ever since. His project portfolio includes national and international project management, risk and incident management, planning and implementation of software solutions and systems integration, requirement management, as well as business consulting.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<hr>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3>Memberships.<\/h3>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Member of the Project Management Institute (PMI\u00ae)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>That motivates me the most as a consultant.<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>The diversity of the topics I encounter in my role as a consultant and the challenges we face with each new project together with the customer are immensely exciting. Of course, as an expert on operational change with a focus on IT, I always have to keep up to date with new developments, because the change cycles in this field are extremely short and, with the advance of digitalisation, vital in companies.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>The most exciting challenges in change management.<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Change management is appealing because organisational changes always directly affect employees as well. We accompany and assist them, during and after the change. Some of it entails very intense collaboration, which I tremendously enjoy because it not only concerns the change in an organisation but also the impact on their employees.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>When I need to get away from it all.<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>I derive great enjoyment from spending my free time discovering the world through the viewfinder of my camera.
