What motivates me the most as a consultant.

The job of a consultant is one of the most multi-faceted professions with many opportunities for further development and bringing in one’s personal skills and strengths. Throughout my career, I’ve seen more than 400 companies from the inside in my career and was able to look behind the scenes, and I always look forward to the next company.

The most exciting challenges in change management.

Professional change management requires cross-disciplinary thinking, as well as an understanding of all five aspects of a business, from strategy to organisation, technology, processes, and corporate culture. All these aspects need to be considered when determining the degree of maturity and choosing the appropriate measures and methods for producing tangible and effective change. This poses a major challenge for the respective change team.

When I need to get away from it all.

In recent years, I have increasingly focused on making time for my husband and my hobbies. Still, I find the most relaxing when I can immerse myself in a novel. To do that, I look for a quiet place and read.
