Sebastian Leiske

Sebastian Leiske is originally a graduate economist. After completing his degree at the University of Heidelberg, he took a professional interest in incident & change management in his role as an organisational consultant. Following intermediate stops in the areas of logistics, distribution and B2B services, he joined processline in 2017 and has since specialised in process and change management along with the presentation of internal workshops. Sebastian Leiske has undertaken further education in systemic transactional analysis for coaching, change, human resources and leadership, COBIT 5 and Practical Process Improvement (PPI Moderator). 


What motivates me the most as a consultant.

I find it fascinating and varied that I get to acquaint myself with new tasks and challenges repeatedly and look at them from new perspectives in different environments. Not to mention that this complexity allows you to expand your horizon with each new task continuously. Additionally, it is, of course, also wonderful to see how the project has positively changed the workflow of the clients at the end of a project. 

The most exciting challenges in change management.

No two projects are alike. It always inspires me to immerse myself continuously in new processes and procedures, to question them and to think outside the box to determine the potential and the most appropriate way to implement them.

And when I need to get away from it all.

I spend time with my family: There is never a dull moment at home with my two little children around. I also get my required exercise once a week at futsal. I am also a passionate snowboarder. It is the perfect way for me to unwind.
