I am motivated by the many different issues and challenges we face, the solutions we develop with the client, and the change that we allow clients to experience positively. I am also enthralled by the pace at which new questions and tasks to be solved arise in a project. What matters are the people behind the projects, change, along with the successful completion of a change project, can only be attained through them. What fascinates me most is that people who were previously somewhat sceptical or anxious about the project were on board at the end and proudly reflected on the result.
Change is the only constant in life (based loosely on Charles Darwin). Even if we all know this statement, it is more applicable than ever before. Lifelong learning and the VUCA world are terms that everyone is currently talking about. I find the impact on our professional and private life and the methods of keeping up with it very exciting. The answer to this will always be a different one for every person, every organisation, and in various instances. One of my motivators is curiosity; I am curious to find the specific answers in my projects together with colleagues and clients.
I cherish the time I get to spend with my husband and friends. I find it particularly relaxing when I can work in our small garden. I love to cook and try out new recipes, spices and preparations. I find it exciting to discover new things, like museum visits, further training courses of all kinds, as well as trips to cities and countries.
