Laura Krell acquired extensive knowledge of human resources and organizational development during her M.Sc. Psychology. She placed particular focus on the topics of leadership, team development and coaching.
In the area of change, leadership and cultural transformation, Laura Krell gained initial experience as a junior consultant in Switzerland. She accompanied large companies from the energy & environment, finance and industry sectors in transformation projects. Between different workshop series and employee surveys, she deepened her scientific knowledge of leadership development, ambidexterity and New Work.
Her enthusiasm for corporate culture, leadership and team development led her to a certification as a Professional Scrum Master.
As a consultant, I am particularly motivated to support people and organizations in their development. For me, a modern corporate culture that is practiced means, on the one hand, that employees are more satisfied with their working life. On the other hand, I am convinced that this will sustainably increase the quality and innovative power of companies and thus increase their competitiveness.
For me, management consulting means understanding the characteristics of each company in order to derive individual, effective and tailor-made measures. Change management involves the challenge of anchoring the desired change in an agile and targeted manner throughout the company.
I draw my energy from spending time with people close to me, the tranquility and beauty of nature, various sporting activities or inspirational trips.
