Ines Koller, who initially attained a Bachelor of Arts in Industry, combines two different perspectives in one person resulting in a perfect mix. She thinks creatively, digitally and outside the box, without losing sight of the essentials. She consistently pursues new issues until all ‘nuts and bolts’ of the process have been defined and clarified. Her in-depth understanding of process management, accompanied by a natural grasp of structural and cultural aspects in change processes, make Ines a consultant who approaches organisational change holistically. With this crucial skill, Ines has been supporting our project work since 2019 and has since become a vital link in the processline team.

Another point is my curiosity, which is satisfied by the profession: you have the chance to grow by gaining insight into the most diverse organisations and industries, each with a distinct strategy and culture. Every day, you learn to ask the right questions and search for causes, information, relationships, and hidden potential to finally accompany the client and their employees through change.
Change management never comes to an end since change is never-ending, and you have to rethink, question and align yourself continuously. It is also exciting to look at companies from a different angle, to analyse processes and relationships in projects and to repeatedly work your way through a complex and varied range of tasks
