What motivates me the most as a consultant.

It motivates me the most to observe how the client team and our team develop, improve and reach the goal together with each new job.

The most exciting challenges in change management.

Every change project has individual character and poses a unique challenge. For me, this diversity in change projects is the most exciting thing since it guarantees that change management never gets boring!

When I need to get away from it all.

Then I spend time with my wife and children. I also find a pleasant conversation with friends or getting lost in an exciting book relaxing.
